By placing an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Prices, availability, shipping, and product details may change before an order is accepted.

We may cancel or refund an order if a product is unavailable, a listing contains an error, payment cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, or the request is outside what we can reasonably make or ship.

Many physical products are made to order. Handmade, laser-cut, 3D-printed, cork, wood, and finished pieces may have small variations in color, grain, texture, fit, or finish.

Product photos are provided to show the general style and function of an item, but exact colors and materials may vary based on screen settings, supply availability, and production method.

Digital files, when offered, are licensed for personal use or the specific use stated on the product page. Unless a product page says otherwise, digital files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, uploaded to marketplaces, or used to create competing digital products.

Customers are responsible for confirming that digital files are compatible with their own software, machine, materials, and settings before production.

Custom project requests are not accepted until we confirm scope, pricing, timing, and payment terms. Quotes may change if the project requirements change.

Custom designs, prototypes, and made-to-order items may require additional time and may not be eligible for cancellation after work has started or materials have been purchased.

You may not use this site to submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, harmful, automated, or fraudulent requests. You may not attempt to access admin areas, private files, systems, orders, customer data, or other restricted areas without permission.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, KenTayDesigns is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use, product use, production errors caused by customer settings, carrier delays, or third-party service issues.
