Shipping & Returns

Shipping is calculated at checkout when an order contains a physical product. Current launch shipping uses simple product-size rules: smaller physical items may ship at a lower flat rate, larger signs, organizers, and display pieces may ship at a higher flat rate, and qualifying orders may receive free shipping.

Shipping rates, free-shipping thresholds, and available options may change over time and may be adjusted before checkout is completed.

Many products are made to order. Product pages, checkout, or follow-up messages may provide estimated processing times. If no specific time is listed, please allow reasonable production time before shipment.

If an order cannot be shipped within the expected timeframe, we will contact you with an update and available options.

Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. KenTayDesigns is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect shipping addresses, refused packages, or delays caused after a package is handed to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Because many items are made to order or customized, returns and cancellations may be limited. Contact us quickly if you need to change or cancel an order.

Custom products, personalized items, used items, damaged-by-customer items, and digital downloads are generally not returnable unless required by law or unless we made a clear mistake with the order.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us through the website with your order details and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and determine whether replacement, repair, refund, or another solution is appropriate.

Digital products, when offered, are delivered electronically after payment verification. Digital download links may be private, limited-use, or time-limited to reduce unauthorized sharing.
